The Green is an 8 seater chefs table, over looking the Waikato River. Inspired by all things Waikato. Our tasting menu will change daily, with the seasons, showcasing Waikato suppliers, growers and artisan producers. We want to show the best the region has to offer and create a network of small independent businesses, while delivering an intimate and unique dining experience. 

In almost every part of the world, the Dragonfly symbolizes change, transformation, adaptability, and self-realisation with the flowers representing the people that have made this journey and restaurant possible and who have guided us to where we are today
